Toffee Apple Crumpets

| Apples, cored and sliced | 4 | 4 |
| Ground cinnamon | 4 tsp | 4 tsp |
| Muscovado sugar | 4 tsp | 4 tsp |
| Butter | 20 g | 0.7 oz |
| Caramel or toffee sauce | 4 tbsp | 4 tbsp |
METHOD
- Melt the butter in a large frying pan.
- Add the ground cinnamon and sugar, and mix into the butter.
- Add the apple slices and cook on a medium heat for two minutes
- Spoon onto the crumpets, add the toffee sauce and get stuck in.
